    3-Year Peace of Mind Return Policy

    We understand that a mattress is a significant investment in your comfort and well-being. That's why we offer an industry-leading 3-year return policy, giving you complete peace of mind with your Körper mattress purchase.

    If you're not completely satisfied with your mattress within the first 3 years of purchase, your authorized dealer will help you with either an exchange or a return with full refund.

    Important Note:

    The 3-year return policy is only available for mattresses purchased through our authorized dealers. Please contact your local dealer for all return-related queries and processes.

    Returns & Exchanges Process

    Simple and straightforward return process through your authorized dealer

    How to Return Your Mattress:

    1. Contact your authorized dealer to place a return request
    2. Your dealer will coordinate pickup with our logistics partners
    3. Pack your mattress using the reverse shipping labels provided by your dealer
    4. Our courier partners will collect the mattress from your location

    Important Guidelines:

    • A logistics charge applies for returns due to incorrect size orders
    • Return process typically takes 14-21 days from request date
    • Original outer packaging can be discarded after unboxing

    Exchange Process:

    For exchanges, please contact your authorized dealer. They will handle the exchange process, including any price adjustments and removal of the original product.

    10-Year Warranty Coverage

    Comprehensive protection against manufacturing defects

    What's Covered:

    • Manufacturing defects such as depressions deeper than 1 inch
    • Sagging beyond normal specifications
    • Cover defects including unraveling stitching
    • Flaws in foam causing it to split or crack

    What's Not Covered:

    • Normal wear and tear from regular use
    • Damage from circumstances beyond intended use (camping, commercial use, etc.)
    • Body impressions less than 1 inch deep
    • Changes due to improper care or handling

    Making a Warranty Claim:

    Body impressions and sagging are unlikely to occur for at least 8-10 years. However, if you notice permanent indentations measuring more than 1 inch, you're covered under our warranty. Please contact your authorized dealer to start the claim process.

    Additional Services:

    Replacement covers are available through your authorized dealer. Contact them for pricing specific to your mattress size.

    Note: Mattresses should be replaced every 8-10 years for optimal hygiene and performance.
